Refund policy

If for whatever reason you don't love your Bells bra, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To start a return, simply log into your customer account on our website and submit a return request.

Customers are responsible for shipping the package back.

Exchanges: If you'd like a different size, reach out to us at info@bellsactive.shop and we'll help you with an exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to us, and we'll ship your new size at no additional charge.

Please note: We can't accept returns or exchanges on bras that have been worn (including for a workout), washed, stained, or damaged. All items must be unworn and in their original condition with tags attached.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
