What workouts is the Bells bra good for?
Totally dependent on your body, but the Bells bra is built for everyday support across settings. It's obviously great for lower-impact stuff like walking and yoga. We also wear it through HIIT workouts: there'll still be a little movement (because there are no zippers or buckles making things uncomfortable), but it holds you in place so nothing's flying around.
What if I'm between sizes?
The band tends to run a little big, so if you're on the small end of a size, size down. Just keep coverage in mind - if you need more, size up instead.
How snug should the band feel?
Snug, not tight. You should be able to slide two fingers under the band comfortably, any looser and you'll lose support, any tighter and you'll be uncomfortable by hour two.
How do I measure my underbust and bust?
Underbust: wrap a soft tape snugly around your ribcage, right under your bust, keeping it level all the way around. Bust: wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it level and not too tight. Measure in inches, and check both against our size chart.
